It's the famous Ilocano Empanada. Mayroong egg, meat, at kung anu-anong gulay. Siyempre may vinegar din. It makes me want to love Ilocos very much! The last time I've eaten this kind of empanada was... way back 2007. Gusto ko tuloy magbakasyon sa Ilocos at kumain. :( In fact, I don't eat longganisa unless it's from Ilocos. I love Ilocos! <3
